High Country Rugby R.F.C. was founded in 1975 by the gentlemen proprietors of the outfitting store and adventure escape that bear the same name. The club’s philosophy centered around the concept of fun, with serious play reserved for occasional outbreaks of brilliance.

Practice
Practice times in season are Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:00- 9:00PM. High Country Rugby’s primary practice field is located at Coan Park, 1530 Woodbine Ave SE, Atlanta GA 30317. We also occasionally use Central Park and other facilities for team conditioning sessions. If you are new to the club, you are encouraged to contact the team ahead of time to confirm practice details at [email protected] or our Facebook site for updates.

Join the Club
We are a competitive and respected team in USA Rugby’s Division 3. Trainings are focused on getting the most out of players as we compete for one another and represent the club (alumni, supporters, and each other) when we take the field. No experience is required as we welcome players of all playing levels to enjoy this great sport and have coaches capable of training new players and those with many years of experience.
